Bonnie Lum, PTS and TRX Certified



My name is Bonnie Lum and my fitness journey began in the most unexpected way—after a cancer diagnosis. What started as a personal mission to rebuild my strength and reclaim my health turned into a passion for helping others do the same.


Today, I'm a certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and TRX Qualified Trainer, with a focus on strength training for better health, longevity, and resilience. I'm trained in cancer exercise and currently expanding my expertise in pre & postnatal fitness, and active aging — because I believe everyone deserves to move with confidence at every stage of life.


I earned a black belt after 3 years in Tae Kwon Do, but haven't trained since my cancer diagnosis. With my background in Tae Kwon Do and over 20 years of dance experience, I love blending strength work with stretch and flexibility so that you can move better. I don't just coach reps—I coach movement, mindset, and motivation. Every session is about building strength that lasts, both physically and mentally.


Whether you're brand new to training or getting back into fitness after illness, navigating pregnancy, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more capable in your everyday life — I'm here to guide and support, and maybe make you laugh through a plank or two.
